    • Related posts brought to you by Yet Another Related Posts Plugin.]]>     MCSE已死，未來將由MCITP取而代之。」這是微軟認證部門在1月底，以這個標題在部落格發表文章。文章中指出，依照微軟新版認證制度規畫，不會有任何MCSE：Windows Server 2008考試，只會有MCTS（Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist，微軟認證技術專家）的3張新版微軟認證，和MCITP（Microsoft Certifications for IT Professionals，微軟認證IT開發專家）的2張新版微軟認證。

    微軟新版認證可斷定技術能力
    像是連續5年成為微軟最有價值專家（MVP）、自組個人軟體工作室的工程師朱明中，他肯定微軟新版的認證制度。他說， MCSE認證雖然考到所有的產品知識，但是考生不見得知道要怎麼樣在企業中使用，只知道在特定環境應該怎麼用。新版的微軟認證考試，除了以工作職掌所需技術能力為考試的範圍，更走向實機操作的測驗方式，對於取得MCTS和MCITP所應具備的技術能力，設下了一條基準線。

    亞綸科技系統整合部副理熊信遠表示，他當初是因為工作所需，加上評估多數企業多使用微軟平臺，才陸續考取MCSA 2003和MCSE 2003，後來也升級MCITP 2008：Server Administrator和MCITP 2008：Enterprise Administrator兩張證照。他認為，早期MCSE認證與實務有比較大的落差，但新版的MCITP 2008認證則貼近實務，「取得MCITP 2008認證後，在服務客戶時，也更有說服力了。」他說。

    鼎新電腦技術規畫部工程師高啟文則是該公司第一位升級取得微軟新版MCITP 2008：Enterprise Administrator的工程師。他說：「當初曾和長官一起評估，這張證照對公司未來有幫助才去考的。」高啟文表示，取得這張證照後，除了長官和同事的肯定外，更重要的是，到客戶端服務時，對於他的建議與判斷，都更為相信。

    高啟文贊成微軟認證制度的改版，他說，從以往單一產品作為認證名稱，改成依照技術能力的認證，讓IT主管更容易判定這個IT人員的技術能力，證照本身變的更容易對外溝通、也好理解。
    MCSE vs. MCITP

    微軟IT認證在2007年有了巨大的改變，從以往單一產品對應到單一認證的MCSA（Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator，微軟認證系統管理師）、MCSE（Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer，微軟認證系統工程師），轉變成為了因應IT人職業上所需技能的MCTS（Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist，微軟認證技術專家）、MCITP （Microsoft Certifications for IT Professionals，微軟認證IT開發專家）和MCPD（Microsoft Certified Professional Developer，微軟認證程式開發專家）。
    微軟大中華區教育培訓與認證事業部資深經理陳俊志表示，從2007年微軟推出新的認證制度MCTS和MCITP後，就2008年、甚至是2009年1、2月的考試人數來看，MCTS和MCITP考試人數已經開始超越既有的MCSE和MCSA認證人數。

    其中，臺灣微軟經銷事業群經銷業務經理張峻豪表示，新推出的MCTS、MCUTP和MCPD等認證，都需要時間的發酵，目前所有考取微軟MCSA、MCSE、MCTS、MCITP和MCPD等IT人員中，取得MCSA、MCSE人數的比例，從2008年開始，就已經小於20％了。「這種認證發展趨勢，整個大中華區都一樣，」他說。「目前考取MCITP的IT人，3分之2比例都是新考取的，只有3分之1是通過升級考試取得MCITP，」陳俊志說，微軟下一步就是鼓勵這些已經擁有MCSA 2003或MCSE 2003的IT人升級MCITP。

    Windows Vista 層次的 MCITP 以支援用戶端的工作為主，其主要的認可職務為企業支援專員 (Enterprise Support Technician) 以及客戶支援專員(Customer Support Technician) 兩種，這兩種職務都是要求在第一線處理來自企業內部與客戶問題的專業人員。MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician，前置要求：MCTS: Windows Vista Configuration (70-620) 考試：Exam 70-622: PRO: Supporting and Troubleshooting Applications on a Windows Vista Client for Enterprise Support Technicians。

    MCITP: Customer Support Technician，前置要求：MCTS: Windows Vista Configuration (70-620) 考試：Exam 70-623: PRO: Supporting and Troubleshooting Applications on a Windows Vista Client for Customer Support Technicians 具有 MCDST 認證資格的專業人員，可以利用下列考試取得 MCTS: Windows Vista Configuration 與 MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician。Exam 70-621: PRO: Upgrade your MCDST certification to MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician。
