Prometric大中華區總經理陳岱宗日前接受iThome獨家專訪時表示，現在人才是全球化移動，如何有共同的邏輯與共識，甚至貼近各種職業型態所需技能，則是近年來許多原廠認證考試改版時的重點。 若以北京奧運為例，在短期內要結合數十個國家、上千個工作人員一起完成一個專案，背後若缺乏一套共事的準則，北京奧運不可能成功。他說：「人才是否國際化、全球化，是北京奧運專案成功的關鍵，」而背後的原因在於，這個國際化的專案團隊採用專案管理做為彼此共事時的共通語言。

陳岱宗表示，認證考試的目的其實是在推廣一套完整的知識體系，並希望這套知識體系能夠獲得企業和使用者的認可，所以，近來許多國際認證考試，都朝向更為務實的方向改進。他說，Prometric接受原廠或企業委託執行這些認證考試時發現，以往許多證照考試內容都是以理論核心為主，隨著全球化發展，加上希望將這套理論基礎作為彼此共事時的共通語言，考試內容更為務實，不再只偏重在理論基礎上。因此，國際認證考試實務化是一種共通趨勢。

此外，陳岱宗表示，慢慢有一些國際認證考試的改版，轉向以職業崗位所需要的能力需求為考試方向，也就是說，這種針對企業內所需職位應該具備的技術能力，作為認證考試內容的趨勢，近來也越來越明顯。陳岱宗強調，隨著國際認證考試全球企業的接受度越來越高，這種因為認同考試發展出來共同的、標準化的作業方式，也成為國際認證考試所延伸的另一種價值。微軟認證考試的改版就是一個最好的例子。陳岱宗說，隨著微軟推出新版的認證考試，不僅技術含量更為提升，可操作性更符合企業所需的實際需求，加上改版後，微軟許多進階考試，都已經事先設定某一個職位應該具備的能力，作為認證考試的基本。此外，他強調，基於務實和職業所需技能，讓新人一上工馬上就能貢獻心力，有越來越多國際認證考試也開始以實機操作的題目，取代以往紙上談兵的能力測驗。

陳岱宗表示，協助原廠開發和執行這些國際認證考試，都必須經過很嚴謹的考試開發流程，「甚至，必須有科學化的開發方式，能夠在法庭上捍衛這些國際認證考試的有效性。」他說。陳岱宗進一步表示，國際認證考試的開發主要流程包括：工作分析、發展藍圖、專家評估與題目開發等4個主要階段，從什麼樣工作需要具備什麼樣的能力，該認證考試從初階、中階和進階考試的發展藍圖規畫，諸多專家對該認證考試的評估和建議，以及最有挑戰性的就是，如何設計、開發出一套能夠驗證應試考生能力的題目，都是目前許多國際認證考試陸續改版時，最關注的焦點。

為了確保國際認證考試的公平性，陳岱宗表示，除了多家原場認證考試改用獨家授權某一考試中心負責相關認證考試業務，可因為範圍限縮做更嚴謹的管控外，以Prometric為例，也會提供各種認證考試的數據、管理流程和考題開發技術給各家原廠，確保該國際認證的公平性。除了微軟.NET認證考試和思科相關認證是目前的主流之外，陳岱宗說，若以IT認證來講，另外非微軟的認證還包括「NOISE」，以Novell、Oracle、IBM、Symantec和SAP，以及EMC等認證考試為主。隨著企業需要越來越多資料中心的IT專業人才，兼具微軟與非微軟平臺能力的IT人，則是這一波景氣循環中，企業需要的多工人才。

　　從 1995 年到 2000 年， AIX 開始將重點放在支持商業和技術應用負載，提供對稱多處理以及高端的可擴展性。 IBM 在高性能計算領域所處的領先地位源自運行 AIX 的“深藍”這洋的高可用性系統以及高能集群。隨著 2001 年 AIX 5L 的發布， IBM 開始在系統分區領域實現重大的創新。 AIX 利用虛擬技術實現了邏輯分區、動態邏輯分區和微分區，將系統靈活性和使用率提高到了壹個新的水平。

　　IBM 於 2005 年 12 月宣布 AIX 協作中心投入運行。通過 2 年 2 億美元的投入， IBM 將使用這壹設在德州奧斯汀的中心與客護、開發人員、 ISV 和學術界進行合作，推動以 AIX 技術為中心的創新，同時開發、測試和使用各種用於支持 AIX 操作系統的新應用和中間件。
